Long’s UMC is nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina in the Center Pigeon Community of Canton NC.  We are a small, loving and caring community that seeks to grow in faith in God and serve our world through loving acts of kindness and compassion.  Affectionately called “Little Long’s” to differentiate us from our nearby bigger sister church Long’s Chapel UMC.  What we lack in size, we make up for in heart striving to love God and love our neighbor.  We invite you to come, check us out and give us a try.  Soon you will feel like family, right where you belong! Long’s is an open and welcoming community, open to ALL who seek to know Christ.
